In June, Austin’s Geelong based contractors, Lake & Land, began infrastructure works. With civil works tracking well, Austin is pushing for first titles to be issued in the first quarter of 2021.
This year also saw Latitude Real Estate take an innovative and interactive approach to the sales process, allowing clients to virtually conduct their initial appointment, tour the development and sign contracts from the comfort of their own home.
